Steakfest XI

"Hold your ground, hold your ground! Sons of Virginia, of New Jersey, my brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the appetite of men fails, when we forsake our steak knives and break all bonds of Steakfest, but it is not this day. An hour of vegans and flavored tofu, when the age of steak comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we eat! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you eat, Men of Steakfest!"

Steakfest XI was a return to form for the few who were able to attend.

Saturday November 15, 2014...A date that will live in infamy...at least at Ray's The Steaks.

The attendees were Rob, Chris, Ryan, Kevin, Steve, Art, and Jim. The cuts were not served above medium. The drinks were whiskey based or Malbecs. The desserts were nearly as amazing as the entrees

The Piece de resistance was a 60 day dry aged cowboy cut.

The MVPs of this Steakfest were the cows who gave their lives for our tastebuds
